The Reservation Calendar provides both a monthly view and a daily view of scheduled arrivals and departures. From the Reservation Calendar you can schedule new arrivals or departures, and modify or cancel existing reservations. In addition to recording basic information such as tail number, customer, times, etc., you can specify FBO Services, transportation requested, hotel reservations, and catering needs. The Reservation Calendar is also a Point of Sale system. From the reservation you can select both fuel and services sold. You can also invoice and even collect payment by credit card right from the reservations form.
